The Heros Navigares workshop is based on a coaching game by Katarzyna Karska. It is a comprehensive package of tools gathered in the concept of a board game. It can be used for individual and group development process in any chosen area of life and work. The concept of the game is inspired by the work of Joseph Cambpell on a mythical hero who sets out on a journey – an archetype that has been present in our culture for thousands of years.

During the two-day meeting with the Heros Navigares, just like the mythical hero, you will travel to your destination, going through all the elements of the journey – hearing and taking the challenge, crossing the threshold, recognizing your strengths and resources, overcoming external obstacles and internal limitations, seeking support with allies and finally reaching the destination and claiming the reward.

The game will be perfect when you are going through an important life or professional change, you need to identify your resources, you want to create an action strategy, find an idea for your development and work on your personal brand.

There are two variants of the workshop: stationary and online.

During the online workshop, you have your own board – you play the game on your screen. The cards that you draw for yourself are available for the entire duration of the session, until you log out. In addition, you receive a test for archetypes and a player book for recording conclusions from the stages of your journey.

To join the workshop, you do not need to install additional software – you use an individually generated token that takes you to your board. The online version of the game is also available on the phone.

The online workshop is divided into two training days – three and a half hours each meeting. During the workshop, I guide you through the parts of the game and coaching exercises related to the stages of your journey.
