Coaching is a development method for anyone willing to improve his or her quality of life and to live by their values. It is inspiring people to realize their vision which they will want to fully commit to.
Coaching process consists of a series of 6-12 meetings at an interval of 1-3 weeks. A single session lasts 60 minutes. The whole coaching cycle ranges from 2-6 months depending on the client’s needs.
During the meetings a coach supports a client in defining and achieving his or her goals through active listening, questioning and various development exercises.
